Delivery policy

The short version: everything we sell online is a digital file. Nothing ships by post. You get a download link as soon as your payment goes through.

How delivery works

After a successful payment, you see a download link on screen and we email the same link to the address you entered at checkout.

Delivery time

Delivery is instant in most cases. If the email hasn't arrived within an hour, check your spam or promotions folder first.

If you didn't receive it

Email billing@highprimeco.com with your payment reference and we'll resend the file within 1 working day. If we can't deliver it, you get a full refund under our refund policy.

Physical shipping

We don't sell or ship physical products, so there are no shipping charges and no delivery addresses involved.
