Why Mumbai
Highprime Co is a performance marketing agency for D2C brands and marketplace sellers. We started nine years ago as a creative agency in a small Thane office and still work from there. If you want to meet the people who will run your ads before you pay them, you can come over.
Performance marketing means paid ads that are judged on a result you can count, not on reach. The result most agencies show is ROAS on the ads screen. On Indian marketplaces a large share of orders come back, and ROAS ignores that. So our reports put profit after returns next to the ROAS the platform reports, and that is the number we move budget on.
Meta ads for brand discovery and retargeting, Google Search, Shopping and Performance Max for your own website, and ads on the marketplaces where your buyers already search: Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, Nykaa and quick commerce. We plan them as one budget, so money moves to wherever your product sells.
An agency that runs only one platform is unlikely to tell you to spend less on it. Ask any agency which of your platforms it would cut first.
Each month we show what a channel left you after product cost, returns, shipping and ad spend, next to the ROAS the platform reports. If Meta made money this month and Google did not, next month's budget moves toward Meta, and the other way round.
We do not promise a ROAS figure before we have seen your margins. We do not run influencer campaigns. We do not manage marketplace listings, catalogues or account health, and we will not take a brand whose unit economics cannot carry ads yet; we say that before you pay us.
Ask who will run your account and whether you can meet them. Ask what the agency reports next to ad spend. Make sure the ad accounts are in your name. Get the fee in writing before the first rupee of spend. Ask for work in your category, and ask what the agency would refuse.
We agree the fee before we start, after we have seen your numbers. There are two models: a monthly retainer, or revenue share, a fixed fee at 50% of our usual rate plus 5% to 10% of marketplace revenue, set per brand. You pay ad spend directly to the platforms.
Work we have done
Skincare, D2C. A skincare brand was losing money on Instagram ads against companies that spend more in a day than it spent in a quarter. We moved its budget to Nykaa and Flipkart, where its buyers were already searching. Its marketplace ROAS reached 8.
Real estate, services. A real estate agency came to us with no lead flow. We ran Google Ads to start inquiries, then automated calling, lead qualification and follow-ups. It now runs on 4 people.
Mumbai founders ask us
It runs paid ads on platforms such as Meta, Google and marketplaces, and is judged on results you can count, such as sales or leads, rather than reach. A good one also reports what is left after returns and fees.
It depends on the fee model. Ours is a monthly retainer, or revenue share with a fixed fee at 50% of our usual rate plus 5% to 10% of marketplace revenue, agreed in writing before we start. Ad spend is separate and paid by you to the platforms.
There is no single best one. The right agency is the one that has run ad accounts like yours: ask for work in your category, ask what it reports next to ROAS, and ask what it would refuse to do.
No. We do not promise a figure before we have seen your margins, returns and ad accounts. We tell you what we expect and why, and we report profit after returns every month.
Our office is in Thane, part of the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, where we have worked for nine years. You are welcome to visit before signing anything.
Two lines about your brand is enough. We reply within a day.
