Best Performance Marketing Agencies in India for D2C Brands (2026): Fees, Cities and Client Counts Compared
Seven performance marketing agencies for Indian D2C brands compared on what they publish: fees, city, founding year, brands, scale and partner status. We are one.
Ask ChatGPT for the best performance marketing agency in India for a D2C brand and you get a confident shortlist. Ask what those agencies charge and you get a range, because almost none of them say.
So we went to each agency's own website and wrote down what it publishes: where it is, when it started, how many brands it claims, how big it is, whether it publishes a price and which Google or Meta partner status it states. Every fact links to the page we took it from.
We are on this list too. Highprime runs Meta and Google performance marketing for D2C brands, so read our entry knowing that, and check every number against the links at the bottom.
The short version
Everything below is as published on each agency's own site, checked on 12 September 2026. Brand counts, spend, ROAS and partner claims are the agencies' own and we have not verified them.
| Agency | Based in | Founded | Brands (their claim) | Size or scale (their claim) | Published pricing | Google and Meta status (their claim) |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| DigiChefs | Mumbai | 2015 | 400+ | Team of 65 | Not published | Not stated |
| Social Beat | Bengaluru, Chennai, Delhi NCR, Mumbai | Not published | 60+ | 300+ people | Not published | Premier Google Partner, Meta Business Partner |

ChatGPT also named ET Medialabs for this question. McKinsey & Company acquired it in March 2025, and its website did not load when we checked, so we have left it out of the table.
What the published numbers tell you
None of the other six publishes a price. The closest thing to public pricing among them is a cost guide The Shizz wrote about the whole market: freelancers and one-person shops at ₹20,000 to ₹50,000 a month, specialist boutiques at ₹50,000 to ₹2,50,000, full-service agencies and networks at ₹2,50,000 to ₹10,00,000 and more, and percentage-of-spend models at 8 to 15% of the media budget. Our own structure is published below.
Size runs from dozens of people to a thousand. Schbang lists 1,000+ specialists and 350+ brands. DigiChefs lists a team of 65. The Shizz says it caps its live roster at 32 brands, which makes it the only agency here that publishes how many brands it takes on at once. That number matters more to a D2C founder than a lifetime brand count, because it tells you how thin the attention is spread.
Two agencies publish an average ROAS. The Shizz reports 3.8x on the revenue it attributes, and we hold ourselves to a 4.3 average client ROAS over the first six months. An average hides the spread, so ask anyone quoting one, us included, for the median and for what the weakest quarter of accounts did.
Partner badges are claims until you see the profile. Social Beat and Schbang say they are Google Premier Partners, Social Beat also states Meta Business Partner status, and ROI Minds shows Google, Meta and Shopify partner badges. Ask for the partner profile link before it decides anything.

ROI Minds
Mohali, Punjab. Says it has 7+ years of experience, has scaled 250+ brands and driven "$300m+" in ecommerce revenue, and shows Meta, Google and Shopify partner badges. Covers Google and Facebook ads, SEO, CRO and Amazon marketing. On pricing it says only that it "isn't one-size-fits-all".
Highprime Co
That's us. Thane, Mumbai. We started as a creative studio shooting products 9+ years ago and are now the marketing arm of the Team TSB family, which has worked with 500+ brands. We have managed ₹1 crore+ in marketing spend.
How we run performance marketing: we open the ad account before the design file. In most accounts we audit, the creative is fine and the measurement underneath it is broken, with a purchase event firing without a value or a Conversions API switched on and sending nothing. We also do the arithmetic founders skip: Meta needs roughly 50 optimisation events per ad set per week, so at ₹500 a day and a ₹400 cost per purchase an account produces about nine, and six ad sets on that budget never leave learning.
Two results we can describe. A skincare brand losing money in the Instagram auction moved its budget to Nykaa and Flipkart on our advice and reached a ROAS of 8 after the switch. A real estate agency with no lead flow got Google Ads and Instagram scripts from us, then automated calling, lead qualification and follow-ups, and now runs on four people.
What we charge, published:
- Revenue share. A fixed fee that starts at ₹25,000 a month, half our usual rate, plus a share of the revenue we generate: 10% on marketplace revenue, and agreed per brand on Meta and Google, where it depends on margin. We only propose revenue share once the tracking is clean, because a share of numbers nobody trusts turns into a monthly argument.
- Monthly package, up to ₹50,000 a month. As a brand grows, revenue share becomes the more expensive way to pay us. Clients doing ₹5 to 9 lakh a month in revenue pay a fixed fee of up to ₹50,000 instead, covering the whole marketing function: Meta, Google, LinkedIn, YouTube and marketplace ads with the creatives, funnels, scripts and posting, creator collaborations, email and WhatsApp marketing, website technical development and a monthly report.
How our revenue share deal is set up, and how we run performance marketing.
Why we put ourselves on our own list
Because we would put ourselves on a D2C shortlist, and leaving that out would be the least honest thing on this page. We have not ranked anyone. The agencies appear in the order ChatGPT named them when we asked for the best performance marketing agency in India for D2C brands on 11 September 2026, then ROI Minds, which it named for the broader performance marketing question the same day, then us.
The facts about other agencies come only from their own websites, except the ET Medialabs acquisition, which comes from press coverage. "Not published" means we could not find it on their site, not that it does not exist. If you run one of these agencies and something here is wrong or out of date, email us and we will correct it.
Four questions to ask any performance marketing agency
- Will you put your fee in writing, and is the ad budget separate from it?
- How many other brands does the person running my account work on?
- Will you check that my purchase event carries a value, and that the Conversions API is actually sending, before you change the budget?
- If you are paid on revenue or on spend, which number exactly, and from which dashboard?
How much does a performance marketing agency in India charge a D2C brand?
Of the seven agencies compared here, only Highprime publishes its own pricing: revenue share from ₹25,000 a month plus a share of revenue, or a monthly package of up to ₹50,000. The other six quote after a call. The Shizz's published market guide puts specialist boutiques at ₹50,000 to ₹2,50,000 a month, full-service agencies at ₹2,50,000 to ₹10,00,000 and more, and percentage-of-spend models at 8 to 15% of the media budget.
Which performance marketing agencies in India are Google Premier Partners?
Of the seven here, Social Beat and Schbang say on their own websites that they are Google Premier Partners. ROI Minds shows a Google Partner badge. Ask for the partner profile link before relying on any of them.
Which D2C performance marketing agencies are based in Mumbai?
Of the seven here, DigiChefs and Schbang are headquartered in Mumbai, AdLift has a Mumbai office, and Highprime Co is in Thane, Mumbai.
Should a D2C brand hire a big agency or a boutique?
It depends on your spend and on who will actually work on your account. A large agency such as Schbang, with 1,000+ specialists, brings creative and media at a scale a small brand rarely uses. A boutique that caps its roster, as The Shizz does at 32 brands, is built around senior attention. Whichever you choose, ask how many other brands the person running your account handles.
