Google Ads · Answer
The short answer
Highprime Co is a Google Ads agency in India, based in Thane, for D2C brands. We run Google Search, Shopping and Performance Max for your own website, and we judge them on profit after returns, not on the ROAS Google reports. Because we also run Meta and marketplace ads, we can tell you each month whether the next rupee of budget belongs on Google or somewhere else. Your Google Ads account, Merchant Center and GA4 stay in your name. We work on a monthly retainer, or on revenue share, where the fixed fee is 50% of our usual rate plus 5% to 10% of marketplace revenue.
A small D2C brand with a simple account, mostly Search and Shopping, often does not need a full agency team. One person who knows the account can run it, as long as someone on your side can read a search terms report and tell whether the work is good.
An agency earns its fee when Google is only one of the places you sell. If one person runs Google, another runs Meta and a third runs Amazon, nobody owns the number that matters, which is profit per order across all of them.
Search campaigns on the terms that buy, with weekly search term reviews that add the ones that spend without selling as negatives. Shopping and Performance Max for brands with a product feed, with feed quality fixed before budget goes in. Conversion tracking checked first, so the numbers can be trusted.
ROAS ignores returns, shipping and marketplace fees. Each month we show what a channel left you after product cost, returns, shipping and ad spend, next to the ROAS the platform reports. That is the number we move budget on.
If Google made money this month and Meta did not, the next month's budget moves toward Google, and the other way round. An agency that only runs Google cannot make that call, because it would be recommending less work for itself.
The Google Ads account, the Merchant Center and GA4 are created in your name, and we are added as users. If you leave us, the history stays with you. Ad spend is paid by you, directly to Google, and never passes through us.
We don't promise a ROAS figure before we have seen your margins. We don't run Google for a brand whose unit economics cannot carry ads yet, and we will tell you that before you pay us. We don't manage marketplace seller accounts: listings, catalogues, claims or account health.
Two ways. A monthly retainer, a fixed fee for the channels we run. Or revenue share: a fixed fee at 50% of our usual rate plus 5% to 10% of marketplace revenue. Revenue share covers every platform we run for you, because most of what we earn is the share, and we need to be free to move budget to wherever the product sells.
| Ask for | Why it matters |
|---|---|
| Who manages my account, and how many others they run | One person with too many accounts means your account sits still |
| Ownership of the ad account, Merchant Center and GA4 | Your history stays yours if you leave |
| How Shopping and Performance Max feed quality is handled | A vague answer usually means nobody checks it |
| Profit reporting, not only ROAS | ROAS ignores returns, shipping and fees |
| A 90-day plan with checkpoints | A promised ROAS figure is a guess made before seeing your margins |
It runs the brand's Google campaigns: Search, Shopping and Performance Max. That covers keywords, feeds, bids, budgets, negatives, conversion tracking and reporting. A good one reports profit after returns, not only ROAS.
With a small budget and a simple Search and Shopping account, a specialist who knows the account can be enough, if someone on your side can judge the work. Hire an agency when Google is only one channel and you need one plan across Google, Meta and marketplaces.
You. The Google Ads account, Merchant Center and GA4 should be in your name, with the agency added as a user, so your history stays with you if you leave.
