Real estate marketing · Answer
The short answer
Yes. Highprime Co, a marketing agency in Thane, Mumbai, runs Google ads, Meta ads and lead follow-up for real estate businesses on revenue share. The fixed fee is ₹25,000 a month plus GST, which is half our usual rate, plus a share of the revenue the work brings in, set per business and written down before we start. Most of what we earn depends on your result. Revenue share does not suit every real estate business, and we say below when it does not.
You pay a fixed monthly fee at half our usual rate, plus a share of the revenue the marketing brings in. The two numbers are agreed in writing before any ad runs, including what counts as revenue from our work. Ad spend is paid by you directly to Google and Meta and never passes through us.
Because most of what we earn is the share, we do well only when your leads turn into sales. That is the reason to choose it over a plain retainer.
Google search ads for buyers already looking, Meta and Instagram ads for launches and projects, and the follow-up that turns an enquiry into a site visit: calling, lead qualification and reminders. The ad accounts and the lead data are yours from day one.
It works best when sales can be traced back to the marketing, and when you are comfortable sharing sales figures with us. If you would rather pay only for marketing, or cannot share sales data, a plain monthly retainer is the better fit.
Many real estate businesses prefer a retainer for exactly that reason, and that is fine.
A real estate agency came to us with no lead flow at all. We ran Google Ads to get leads moving and gave the founder scripts to build their Instagram. Within six months enquiries were arriving in their direct messages on their own. Then we automated calling, lead qualification and follow-ups. The agency now runs on four people.
Several real estate marketing firms in India are far larger and have handled hundreds of projects. If you need a team that has launched many large residential projects, hire one of them. If you want a team whose income rises and falls with yours, that is us.
What counts as revenue from your work, and is that written down before you start? What is the fixed fee, and does it change if sales are slow? Who owns the ad accounts and the lead data? What happens to the share if a sale closes after the contract ends? Can I speak to a real estate client you run today?
An agency that answers all five in writing is easier to judge than one that offers revenue share but leaves the definition of revenue open.
We do not charge per lead. We do not sell property listings or act as a broker. Photography and video for a project come from our sister company, Team TSB.
| Revenue share | Monthly retainer | |
|---|---|---|
| What you pay | A fixed fee at half our usual rate plus a share of the revenue the work brings in | A fixed monthly fee, agreed before we start |
| Good when | Sales can be traced to the marketing and you are comfortable sharing sales figures | You want one predictable cost and prefer not to share sales data |
| Watch out for | An undefined meaning of revenue; agree it in writing | No link between the fee and your result |
Yes. We run Google ads, Meta ads and lead follow-up for real estate businesses on revenue share: a fixed fee of ₹25,000 a month plus GST plus a share of the revenue the work brings in, agreed in writing before we start.
The agency takes a smaller fixed fee and a share of the revenue its marketing brings in, so its income depends on your sales.
It suits businesses whose sales can be traced to the marketing and who are comfortable sharing sales figures. Others do better on a plain monthly retainer.
You do, directly to Google and Meta. Ad spend never passes through us.
