B2B lead generation · Answer
The short answer
Highprime Co is a marketing agency in Thane, Mumbai that generates B2B leads through Google ads, LinkedIn ads, content and follow-up. We charge a fixed fee of ₹25,000 a month plus GST, which is half our usual rate, plus a share of 5% to 10% of the revenue the work brings in, with what counts as that revenue written down before we start. We do not charge per lead, because a per-lead price rewards volume over buyers who can actually sign.
The cheap B2B lead is a form fill from someone who will never buy. The expensive one is a decision maker who asked a real question. An agency paid per lead has every reason to deliver the first kind.
So we write down what a qualified lead is before any budget is spent: who the buyer is, which company size and role count, and what the lead must have said or done. Then every report is measured against that definition.
Google search ads for companies already looking for what you sell, LinkedIn ads for the roles you need to reach, and content that gives those buyers a reason to trust you before the call. After that we set up the follow-up: qualification, reminders and a record of where each lead stands.
The ad accounts and the lead data are yours from day one. Ad spend is paid by you directly to Google and LinkedIn.
Ask for meetings held and opportunities opened, and ask how the agency counts them. A report that stops at leads cannot tell you whether the money worked.
Ask what changes if the sales cycle is long. B2B buyers often take months, so an agency that promises revenue inside thirty days is selling something else.
Our fee is a fixed fee of ₹25,000 a month plus GST, which is half our usual rate, plus a share of 5% to 10% of the revenue the work brings in, with what counts as that revenue written down before we start. The share exists so that we do well when your pipeline turns into revenue. Ad spend is paid by you.
We do not sell contact lists or scraped data. We do not charge per lead.
| Model | Good when | Watch out for |
|---|---|---|
| Price per lead | You can check every lead yourself | Rewards form fills over buyers |
| Percentage of ad spend | You want to scale spend | The agency earns more when you spend more, whatever the result |
| Fixed monthly fee | You want a stable cost | No link to your result unless a share is added |
| Fixed fee plus a share of revenue (us) | You want the agency to do well only when you do | A written definition of the revenue the share applies to is essential |

Rarely. A per-lead price pays for volume, and a flood of poor leads costs your sales team time. A written definition of a qualified lead and a fee tied to revenue keep the agency aimed at buyers.
